Ah, Roronoa Zoro, how I love this character. There are little to zero things about this man that I do not adore. Of all the series that I have watched and read, and those are quite some, I have never found a character I find as interesting and great as Zoro. And I have known the guy for more than a year and a half now. Unfortunately, 'a year and a half' was far too late, and I never had the chance to apply for him when he didn't have an owner yet. Since I have known him he has seen three different owners, and I only had the chance to apply once. But this just means I will never give up hope of ever owning his fanlisting, for there is no man that I know of that has stolen my heart away like Mr. Roronoa Zoro here did :D He is the source of my domain, the subject of my fangirl!sprees and one of the few that I will never ever stop loving. One Piece is, in my humble opinion, the very best anime and manga series ever. It has the most funny humor, the strongest friendships, the greatest battles and above all the most awesome characters you will ever find when cruising animanga!land. It was this serie, and this serie alone, that got me so hooked on manga and anime that I can honestly say it has become an addiction now. And though the chances of ever owning this fanlisting are very very slim, as there are a million-and-some-more other fans hunting for this fanlisting, I will never give up hope.

And not just because they are my OTP. In reality, I would shoot Oda if he would ever start a romantic relationship between these two, haha! And that is because their friendship is one of the greatest aspects of the entire One Piece series. Zoro and Luffy have a relationship that goes far, far beyond captain and unofficial first mate. They can understand eachother without speaking, feel eachothers pain and joy and know exactly how to treat oneanother. Though Zoro once said, in the very beginning of the series, that he would hurt Luffy if he was to ever get into the swordsman's way to reach his goal, I do believe that by now the relationship between these two has grown so much stronger, that something like that will never happen. And not just because Luffy will not get into Zoro's way :3

Honestly, how could one not love this sweet and caring narcoleptic pyromaniac :D Ace is more than just the 'older brother' that appears in the series every once in a while. I personally think he is one of the most wel-developed and interesting character from One Piece. We just haven't seen him all that much yet :3 So untill the day we get to know more about him, he will remain the mysterious inflammable older D brother with the different last name. However, this doesn't mean we can't love him, oh no. Because what little we have seen of him, has made me fall in love with him almost immediately. I might even claim him to be my second-favorite One Piece character, ohmy.

I watched this series with far more love than I had first intended to. I never thought there would be another series I would love this much besides One Piece, so this was a very pleasent surprise for me, haha :D The one thing that attracted me the most to Gankutsuou was the amazing storyline. Not only is it based on one of the greatest books in the history of mankind, it has been changed in a way that really made this serie one of the best out there. Besides that, the characters are well-designed and the animationstyle is unique and fits the story perfect.

Ahyes, Petshop of Horrors, one of the first manga series I got addicted to. And I still re-read the series every once in a while now. The art is absolutely gorgeous. The story is mysterious and makes you want to read and read untill you finish the series. The characters are amazing individuals, and hilarious when put together. I have known this series for over two years now and untill this day, it remains one of my top 5 series. I will never stop loving Count D, Leon, the petshop and all the awkward adventures they go trough together.
